• 6 Tbsps. Quaker Instant / Quick Cooking Oats, grind to powder
• 1 cup watermelon, deseeded, diced
• 1 cup low or non-fat yogurt, unsweetened
• 1 tsp sugar or low or non-caloric sweetener
• Add oats, watermelon, yogurt and sugar or sweetener into a blender.
• Blend the mixture well. Add ice if required.
• Pour out into 2 glasses and serve chilled.
