5 Tbsp. Quaker® Instant / Quick Cooking Oats, grind to a powder
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1 cup non- or low-fat milk, chilled
1 tsp. brown sugar
½ cup ice cubes
Cooking Instructions
• Add oats, mango, milk, sugar or sweetener and ice cubes into a blender.
• Blend the mixture well.
• Pour out into 2 glasses
• Place in fridge and enjoy a few hours later.
