Quaker® and Chef'd have teamed up to deliver everything you need for amazing overnight oats straight to your door.
• 1.5Kg skinless chicken with bones, cut into 8 pieces, pat dry
• 4 tsps. oil for baking
For the marinade:
• 2 Cups low fat yogurt
• 1 Tbsp. mixed spices
• ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
For the coating:
• 3 Tbsps. Quaker Oats roughly ground in a mixer (check the oat quantity it was missing!)
• 1 tsp. ground ginger
• 1 tsp. paprika
• ½ tsp. ground cloves
• ½ tsp. ground coriander
• ½ tsp. salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
• Combine all marinade ingredients and add chicken pieces. Mix well and cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
• Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
• Mix all the coating ingredients in a bowl.
• Remove chicken pieces from the marinade and dip into oat coating.
• Arrange the coated chicken in a greased pan.
• Bake in a moderately hot oven for 35-45 minutes.
• Serve when done.
