    1 cup Quaker® Quick Oats
    ½ cup warm water
    ¼ cup non- or low-fat milk
    2 medium eggs, whisked 
    2 egg whites, whisked
    3 Tbsp. low fat mozzarella 
    3 Tbsp. spinach, chopped 
    1 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. coriander, chopped 
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. black pepper powder
    ¼ tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. olive oil


Cooking Instructions

•  Grind the oats in a blender until smooth like flour. Then, add water and mix until it forms dough and set aside for 10 mins. (more water can be added if needed)
• Whisk the eggs with milk and add all vegetables and mix well.
• Grease the pan with some oil. 
• Divide the dough into 6 balls and shape each ball into a cup.
• Pour the egg mixture equally into each space and add some mozzarella on top.
• Preheat the oven to 350º F (180º C) and let it bake for 15 – 20 mins. or until the egg is fully baked.
