    1 cup of Quaker® Oats
    4 lean chicken breasts, without skin, minced finely
    1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder (optional)
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil for baking

Cooking Instructions

•    Mix the soy sauce with honey, vinegar, chili powder, sugar, salt, and pepper.
•    Add the soy sauce mixture to the minced chicken and Quaker Oats and mix well.
•    Shape the mixture into balls, then completely coat them in oats.
•    Cover the balls and place into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
•    Cook in an air fryer or bake them in oven at 350º F (180º C) until brown.
•    Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
