Devilled Potato eggs


  • 6-8 hard boiled eggs
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 3 tbsp veg cumin soup mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • pinch of cumin powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Zatar , chili flakes and chopped leeks for garnish

  • Peel , chop and boil potatoes till tender, drain water & mash well .
  • Heat milk in a small pan, add butter and soup mix , whisk well & cook till thick.
  • Add potatoes , cumin powder  salt & pepper and mix well. Remove from flame n keep aside.
  • Peel and halve the eggs , remove the yolks.
  • Fill the warm potato mixture in a piping bag and fill the eggs with it.
  • Sprinkle zatar, chili flakes and chopped leeks . Serve.
