RASPBERRY COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS
- 1/2 Cup(s) Quaker® Oats
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup(s) Low-fat milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup(s) Raspberries
- 1/8 Cup(s) Shredded coconut
- 1/3 Cup(s) Bananas, sliced
- Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in the mixture of milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Add chia seeds.
- Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut, and layers of banana slices.
- Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!
