Prepared with Quaker Oats


  • 5 tbsps. Quaker Oats, ground to powder
  • 1/2 large mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup non-fat or low fat milk, chilled
  • 1 tsp. sugar or sweetener to taste


  1. Add oats, mango, pineapple juice, milk, sugar or sweetener and few cubes of ice into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture well.
  3. Pour out into 2 glasses, and serve.
