QUAKER OATS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
- 5 tbsps. Quaker Oats, ground to powder
- 1/2 large mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup non-fat or low fat milk, chilled
- 1 tsp. sugar or sweetener to taste
- Add oats, mango, pineapple juice, milk, sugar or sweetener and few cubes of ice into a blender.
- Blend the mixture well.
- Pour out into 2 glasses, and serve.
