QUAKER OATS BREADED FISH, CHICKEN AND VEAL

Prepared with Quaker Whole Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quaker White Oats
  • 250 gram fish fillet
  • 250 gram veal cutlet
  • 250 gram chicken breasts (Skinless, boneless)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoon onion juice
  • 4 tablespoon tomato juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 egg
  • 3 tablespoon oil for baking

Method

  1. Grind Quaker oats in a food processor.
  2. Clean fish pieces and pat dry.
  3. Combine 2 tablespoons oil with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Marinate the fish, cover and place in the fridge for one hour.
  5. Clean chicken breasts and pat dry.
  6. Combine 2 tablespoons oil with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and thyme, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Marinate the chicken, cover and place in the fridge for one hour.
  8. Combine 2 tablespoons oil with onion and tomato juice, season with salt and pepper.
  9. Marinate the meat, cover and place in the fridge for one hour.
  10. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  11. Beat eggs separately each in a bowl.
  12. Lift fish pieces from marinate and dip into eggs, and then into oats, press lightly until fully covered from both sides
  13. Arrange on a sheet pan, drizzle with oil.
  14. Repeat the steps with chicken and meat, arrange on a sheet pan, drizzle with oil.
  15. Bake for about 30 minutes, till golden brown and crispy.
  16. Serve with your favorite dip.
