QUAKER OATS BANANA SHAKE

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsps. Quaker Oats, ground to powder
  • 2 bananas, peeled, chopped
  • 2 tsps. sugar or sweetener to taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 2 cups non-fat or low fat milk, chilled

Method

  1. Add oats, bananas, vanilla essence, sugar or sweetener and milk into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture well.
  3. Pour out into 2 glasses and serve.
