QUAKER OATS BANANA SHAKE
- 5 tbsps. Quaker Oats, ground to powder
- 2 bananas, peeled, chopped
- 2 tsps. sugar or sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 cups non-fat or low fat milk, chilled
- Add oats, bananas, vanilla essence, sugar or sweetener and milk into a blender.
- Blend the mixture well.
- Pour out into 2 glasses and serve.
