• 4 Quaker apple cinnamon cookies crushed
  • 30 gms white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cup popcorn
  • 25 gms almonds
  • 25 gms dehydrated berries
  • 20 gms mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin etc )
  • 20 gms walnuts
  • 4 dried apricots chopped
  • 15 gms colorful sprinkles (opt)
  • 1 tsp butter melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder


  1. Mix together crushed cookies, cinnamon powder & colorful sprinkles & keep aside.
  2. Heat a few drops of butter in a pan, add almonds, mixed seeds & walnuts and roast for 2-3 mins . Sprinkle a pinch of salt & turn off the flame.
  3. Add white chocolate chips & remaining butter in a small bowl, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, stir well till smooth.
  4. Spread popcorn over a large plate & drizzle melted chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle crushed cookie mixture over it & mix well.
  6. Toss in toasted nuts, chopped apricots & berries.
  7. Leave for 10 mins for chocolate to set. Serve.
