PEAR, PEACH & CRUSHED ALMONDS WITH HONEY
- 1 ripe pear.
- 1 ripe peach.
- 50g shelled almonds.
- 2 tablespoons runny honey.
- Peel and core the pear and cut into chunks.
- Cut the peach in half, remove the stone and cut into chunks.
- Put the almonds into a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin.
- Arrange the prepared fruit over the bowls of cooked porridge, followed by the almonds.
- Drizzle over the honey.
