Prepared with Quaker Whole Oats


  • 4 bunches Rocca leaves washed and dried on kitchen paper
  • 2 green apples diced into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 mangoes seeded and cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Quaker Oats
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning


  1. Mix all ingredients together with Quaker Oats
  2. Refrigerate and serve cold
