• 1 cup Quaker Oats
  • ½ cup diced apple
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8-10 chopped almonds
  • ​For topping

  • 6 Quaker apple cinnamon cookies
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp melted butter


  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease an 8” baking dish & keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together egg, melted butter, milk, sugar & cinnamon.
  3. Mix in diced apple, oats, almonds & baking powder & pour into the greased baking dish.
  4. Combine the topping ingredients in a separate bowl and sprinkle all over the oatmeal mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-26 mins or till set. Cool for few mins & serve.
