• 6 Quaker Apple Cinnamon Cookies
  • 1 ½ cup chilled yogurt
  • 4 tsp castor/ icing sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup diced mixed fruits (strawberries, grape, apple, pomegranate, kiwi etc)
  • For Garnish

  • Few mint leaves
  • 1 Quaker Apple Cinnamon Cookies (halved)


  1. Break the cookies into coarse chunks and keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl lightly beat yogurt with sugar, cinnamon powder & vanilla essence till well mixed & creamy.
  3. Layer 2 small glasses with 1 tbsp. of cookie chunks, followed by 2 tbsp cinnamon yogurt & some diced fruits. Repeat layers.
  4. Top with a halved cookie, leftover fine crumbs & mint. Serve immediately.
