Prepared with Oat Cookies Honey Nut


  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 almonds
  • 2 walnut halves
  • 2 tsp flaxseed meal (opt)
  • 3 Quaker honey nut cookies (roughly broken into quarters ) a pinch nutmeg powder
  • Garnish

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 Quaker honey nut cookie (finely crushed)


  1. Place 1 tsp honey & finely crushed cookie in 2 separate shallow bowls, gently dip the rim of the glasses in honey & then in crushed cookies. Keep aside.
  2. Place banana slices, almonds, walnuts, flax meal & nutmeg powder in a blender & blend till smooth.
  3. Add milk & honey & continue blending till it becomes a thick shake.
  4. Lastly add the cookie chunks & gently pulse to mix .
  5. Pour in glasses & serve immediately.
