Quaker® and Chef'd have teamed up to deliver everything you need for amazing overnight oats straight to your door.
• 4 bunches Rocca leaves, wash and pat dry
• 2 green apples diced into cubes
• 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
• 2 mangoes, seeded and cut into cubes
• 1 Tbsp. Quaker Oats, toasted lightly
• ¼ tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
• Mix all ingredients together with Quaker Oats.
• Refrigerate and serve cold.
