Quaker® and Chef'd have teamed up to deliver everything you need for amazing overnight oats straight to your door.
• ½ cup Quaker Whole Oats or Quaker Quick Oats
• 1 Tbsp. non- or low-fat milk
• 1 whole egg, whisked
• 1 egg whites
• 1 Tbsp. chopped tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp. chopped onions
• 1 Tbsp. chopped coriander
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. black pepper powder
• ¼ tsp. cumin
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• Squeeze of lemon
Cooking Instructions
• Mix the eggs, milk and oats in a mixing bowl and let it set aside for at least 5 mins.
• Add all vegetables and spices to the mixtures.
• Add the olive oil to the pan let it heat and then add the egg mixture.
• After 3 minutes flip to the other side.
• Add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
